Lillian Elizabeth Doughty, 83, died Sunday, September 25, 2011. Born in Chattanooga, TN, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Mary Elizabeth Guider-Stradling Coleman. She worked in advertising as a V.P., Bookkeeper, and Manager. Lillian is survived by her husband: Charles L. Doughty of Greenville; a daughter: Sherry Doughty Barker of Greenville; a son: Charles L. Doughty, III and his wife Jane; a step-daughter: Linda Lee French of Chattanooga, TN; six grandchildren: Christa Barker, Charles Doughty IV, Deana Bouknight and her husband Steve, Lacey Carruth and her husband Heath, Jay Barker, Hunter Barker and three great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Thursday September 29, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. in the Remembrance Mausoleum Chapel at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the Remembrance Mausoleum Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels.
