Linda Dale Lee

Born Oct. 17, 1949 in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of the late J. W. and Kathleen Spires Ardoin Lee and had spent most of her life in Greenville County. Linda was disabled when she left us but had previously worked as a cafeteria worker at Greenville General Hospital for many years.

Linda was never married. She was predeceased by her sisters Brenda Gale Lee Whaley and Joyce Evans, also brothers Charles Lee Sr. and Joe Donald Lee; also nephew Charles Lee Jr.

Surviving are a brother Roy Levon Lee of Greer, SC and a sister Pat Sturkie of Columbia, SC; niece Susan Lamm and her 2 daughters, Brenda Jackson and Amanda (Mandie) Lamm; nephews Wayne Whaley Sr. and his son Wayne Jr. and James Whaley and James Whaley Jr., Bo Evans and his children, many great nieces and nephews and also special friends Peggy Dulaney and Glenda McDuffie.

Linda was loved and cherished by many people and loved spending time with the Lord. She was a member of Apalache Baptist Church and did as many activities as they would allow her to do. She enjoyed trips she would go on with her seniors group at the church. She will be greatly missed by all.

The family would like to thank the Pastor and members of Apalache Baptist Church for all of their love and support through this difficult time.

The family will receive friends at Apalache Baptist Church 1915 Gap Creek Rd, Greer, SC 29651 on Saturday, Oct.12, from 10-10:45 am, with the funeral service following at 11 am at the church.
