Pat Norton, age 81, of Greenville passed peacefully November 21, 2015.
She was born in Iowa City, Iowa, one of two daughters to the late Edward L. Rinda and Daisy Hoffman Rinda.
In 1954 Patricia married Merlin William "Bill" Norton.
Mrs. Norton was employed by Prudential Relocation Services where she specialized in FBI relocations and was a devoted member of John Knox Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her son, Robert E. Norton of Greenville; daughters, Pamela S. Oates (Donald M.) of Greenville and Debbie N. Swiney (Kemp L.) of Greer; and grandchildren, John Aaron Brewer, Drew Swiney (Misty), and Abby Swiney.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband Bill.
Visitation will be Friday, November 27, 2015 at John Knox Presbyterian Church from 12:30 to 1:00 pm with funeral service immediately following.
Burial Saturday, November 28, 2015 in Georgia Memorial Park, Marietta, GA at 11:30 am.
