

She was born on March 14, 1938, in Stillwater, Minnesota, to Irving and Myrna Massicotte.
Sally devoted more than 40 years of her life as a Registered Nurse, serving others with compassion, skill, and unwavering dedication. Her career reflected her deep commitment to caring for people and improving the lives of those around her.
Above all else, Sally was devoted to her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Through her words and actions, she taught her family how to love deeply, to always be kind, and to treat all people with respect. Her warmth, guidance, and steady presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Sally found joy in simple pleasures, especially gardening and yard work, where she took pride in nurturing beauty and life—much like she did with her family.
She is survived by her children Bradley Swenson (Valerie) and their children, Stephanie and Erik; Michael Swenson (Kem) and their children, Emily and Blakley (Riley) and great grandchild Grady; Steven Swenson (Cassie), and their children, Dylan, Sydney and Thomas; Kristin Swenson and her children, Sarah and Matthew; and her sister, Patricia Johnson
Sally was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Swenson; her parents, Irving and Myrna Massicotte; and her brother, James Massicotte.
Funeral services will be held at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Friday, January 30, 2026, with visitation to begin at 11:30 a.m.
