Born in Holly Springs, SC she was the daughter of the late Broadus Furman and Sallie Bruce Harley and was the wife of the late Heyward E. Duncan.
Thelma was a member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by five sisters; a brother; her daughter, Sara Duncan Dominick and son-in-law Jim Dominick. Survivors include her granddaughter Sara Janice Dominick of Greenville; a sister, Kathryn H. Belmont of Spartanburg and various extended family members.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, January 18, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Remembrance Chapel at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenville Cancer Society, 113 Mills Avenue, Greenville, SC 29605; or to a charity of one’s choice.
