Thomas "Tommy" Staples passed away March 14, 2017 surrounded by family. He was a dedicated member of Park Place Church of God, Greenville and retired as "Door Greeter" from Walmart on Woodruff Road, Greenville. Tommy loved the Lord and his wife Linda, whom he lost June, 2016. He is survived by his sisters Jeannine Green (Jimmy), Jeannette Parra (Alan) and Janice Arnold (David). He is predeceased by his mother, Alice Key; his father, William Staples; a sister Joyce Medford; and a brother, Butch Key.
Visitation will be held from 11:00am-12:00(noon) Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Park Place Church of God, 221 Orders Street Greenville SC. 29609. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00(noon) in church sanctuary. Burial will follow funeral service in Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1Pine Knoll Drive Greenville SC.
