I am so sorry to hear about Bills passing!  I just saw this obituary.  Bill and his sister Donna But, most of all his parents were best friends with my parents years ago!  We used to go on vacation together.  My dad Paul Turner loved Bills dad like a brother!  My mother Betty Turner loved Lillian so much!  Even my husbands parents were close to Bill and Lillian too!  Such a wonderful family and I will always remember the good times we had together!  God Bless you all at this time!  God holds all our families now in His wonderful arms!

I worked with Bill on line at BMW in the early days. I think I started a couple of months before him. He was a great guy and a good friend.  My wife Robin and I attended several of your yearly Christmas drop-ins and even went to the fish camp in Hendersonville with you guys once or twice.  That has been over 20 years ago. I've had the honour of knowing Bill for many years. Bill was a faithful friend and colleague and a fine gentleman. I will miss Bill greatly but  will always remember our  lunch times together in the cafe and the many wonderful conversations we had over the years.
