Jessie McDowell Chapman, a resident of Greenwich, CT passed away peacefully Sunday July 14, 2013. Born on September 11, 1918, she is a widow of the late Malcolm M. Chapman, and predeceased by her parents Ora and Boyce McDowell, six siblings and son Edward. She is survived by 3 children, Arnold Chapman of CO., Deborah Roselle of CT, and Diane Pradia of CT., 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
