Anna Louise Marshall

Anna Louise Marshall, 100, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Friday, January 24, 2025 in Fort Smith. She was born August 9, 1924 in Delaware County, Oklahoma to Cephus and Lena Ellen Fields. She had eleven brothers and sisters. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Judy Newman and husband, Frank of Huntington and Donna Ruth Marshall of Anderson, MO; five grandchildren, Christina Cullers, Keith Mortenson, Grant Mortenson, Vicki Morgan and Tracy Varney; nine great grandchildren, Audrey Cullers, Shandi Mortenson, Cheyenne Hochhalter, Trenton Morgan, Lily Morgan, Chad Varney, Marissa Self, Grant Mortenson and Hailey Copelin and seven great great grandchildren, Harrison Hochhalter, Savannah Morgan, Cheyanne Morgan, Chanel Varney, Levi Varney, Maverick Varney and Beau Self. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elvan Wallie Marshall and a son, Norman Douglas Marshall.

The family will have a celebration of life on Saturday, February 8 from 12 – 2 p.m. at Dodge Church in Grove, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
