Anna Mae Parnell, 83 of Arkoma, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 in Van Buren. She was a homemaker and a member of Assemblies of God Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Jesse, one daughter Patricia Driggers, her parents and six brothers.
She is survived by three sons; Carl Parnell and wife Susie of Van Buren, Charles Parnell and wife Patty of Van Buren, Gary Parnell of Van Buren, two daughters; Wanda Thompson and husband J.T. of Tulsa and Ferrell Knox of Grove City, Ohio, ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday January 14, 2015 at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church in Van Buren with burial at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro Oklahoma. Viewing will be from 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at Edward’s Funeral Home, where the family will visit with friends from 6-8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Poston, Kevin Poston, Bobby Woodrom, Orin Parnell, Tyler Parnell and Brant Driggers.
