What a heartbreaking time for everyone who knew Bill. I am so sad for his loss. I am praying for his family and friends at this time.

I didn't get to meet Bill, but he attended Hartford High with members of my family. I do know Leon and Bessie as neighbors, and am so sorry for this tragedy. My prayers for them, Becca and other members of the family. God's blessings on you with peace and wisdom for the struggles and decisions ahead.

Words don't seem enough to express my sorrow for all loved ones in this family. My experience with Bill was one that a lot of others had.  He was so polite & sweet. He had a wonderful smile & was a hard worker. He laughed a lot & was silly, as most 16 year old boys are. I am so very sorry that this happened. God bless the whole family. So many are praying for your comfort.

Bill was a wonderful student turned into a wonderful man.  Everyone who knew him will miss him. Prayers going out to the whole familly.

Bill was several years older than me in school.  He was the kind of guy you looked up to and wanted to be like.  I remember him as a super nice guy.  I was very sad to hear he's gone.

I didn't know Bill but I do know his father and I am sorry for the family's loss. I am praying for you all.

Praying for the family, I worked with Bill at Southwest Die and my dad also worked with him in Maint. he was such a great guy!! Heaven has gained another Angel.

I grew up playing basketball and football with Bill. I will remember him as a hard working, dedicated athlete and good friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to Leon, Bessie and family. Bill will be greatly missed!

Our hearts are broken, our lives came to a halt and then the memories came. How great of a friend you were not only to us but to our kids and grandkids. I remember Bill taking me fishing for perch in a pond out in West Hartford.  He was a good friend and will be missed.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I worked with Bill for twenty eight years at south western recasting.he was a good friend always had something nice to say to me.last time I had talked to Bill he was happy for my retirement.Bill was the best.Will continue to keep you and family friends in prayer.
