Funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Pine Log Church with burial at Pine Log Cemetery in Barber under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Friday from 1 – 9 pm at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 – 9 pm.

He is survived by his wife, Ila Mae Lowe; one daughter, Brenda Robinson and husband, Rodney of Topeka, KS; two sisters, Pauline Swaim of Fort Smith and Audine Davis of Charleston, AR; one sister-in-law, Rhonda Sprayberry and her husband, Bill of Elgin, OK; one granddaughter, Betsy Ozias and husband, Ryan of Topeka, KS; two great grandchildren, Nathan and Andrew Ozias of Topeka, KS and many beloved nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Carroll Lowe, Wayne Lowe, W.A. “Bill” Smith, Donnie Williams, Phil Lowe and Rex Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Lowe, Elba Lowe and Royce Lowe.
