Deborah Pauline Callahan

Deborah Pauline Callahan, 70, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025 in her home. She was born December 2, 1955 in Bremerton, Washington to William “Bill” Legitt, Sr. and Myra (Leary) Legitt. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Matthew Callahan; one daughter, Danielle Patterson and husband, Jake of Fort Smith; a granddaughter, Emily Patterson of Fayetteville; one sister, Brenda Dale and husband, Nate of Fort Smith; three brothers, Robert Legitt of Greenwood, Randal Legitt and wife, Tammy of Poteau and Shane Leary and wife, Julie of Fort Smith and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William “Billy” Legitt, Jr.

Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Friday, January 2 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood.
