Donald R. Mills, 87 of Omaha, Nebraska, formerly of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014 in Omaha. He was a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army, veteran of the Korean War and member of St. Gerald Catholic Church.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 10 at Hartford Memorial Park in Hartford, Arkansas under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa M. Mills; one son, Keith Mills of Little Rock; one daughter, Doretta Theisen and husband, Joe of St. Augustine, Florida; two step-sons, George R. Mills and wife, Diane and David J. Mills and wife, Angie; one step-daughter, Kimberly Begley; two brothers, Jerry Mills and wife, Shirley and Chuck Mills and wife, Modena; one sister, Margaret Crane; two grandchildren, Joyce and Helen Theisen and many nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his loving wife, Joyce L. Wooton-Mills.
