George Ray Ainsworth, 87, of Huntington, Arkansas passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019 in Fort Smith. He was a supervisor for the Arkansas Department of Labor and a Korean War Army veteran.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, November 26 at Dayton Church of Christ with interment in Dayton Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood, Arkansas

Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

George is survived by his wife of 39 years, Linda Ainsworth; two sons, Michael Ainsworth of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Russell Ainsworth of Bentonville, AR; a brother Henry Dale Ainsworth of Surprise, AZ; four sisters, Melba Risner of Keller, TX, Joy Nix of Crowley, TX, Sue Davis of Blanchard, OK and Oma Jo Hill of Tuttle, OK; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
