Gordon Andrew Whedbee

Gordon Andrew Whedbee, 89, of Huntington, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in his home. He was a retired self-employed carpenter, U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War, member of Witcherville Fellowship Baptist Church and the widower of Ruth Naomi Whedbee.

Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, March 9 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with a private family inurnment at Lovelace Cemetery on March 12.

He is survived by two sons, Steve Whedbee of California and Kenney Whedbee of Florida; two daughters, Terry Nelson of California and Sandra Yaden of South Dakota; one brother, Joel Whedbee of California; two sisters, Marylee Wilson of Witcherville and Judy Griffin of Greenwood; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
