Helen Marie Vincent, 81, of Roland, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, October 21 in a Fort Smith hospital. Helen was born January 29, 1933 in Greenwood, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Muldrow First Assembly of God Church.
Helen is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Elmer L. Vincent of the home; a son, Steve Vincent and wife, Brenda of Roland; two daughters, Carolyn Grizzle and husband Ron of Oxnard, California, and Cathy Cantrell and husband Mike of Roland; two brothers, Paul Chastain of Fort Smith and Jim Chastain of Van Buren; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Linda and four brothers.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 24 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Viewing will be Thursday from 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6-8 p.m.
