My father, Albert Glaser (son of Harriet Brooks), your uncle, passed away in 2019.  I hope that both of you meet again in heaven.

Mr Below was my customer at Walmart for many years. I was very fond of him. Of course it took some time To get acquainted  because the pup wouldn’t let but one associate get close to him and unfortunately it wasn’t me.  You know it doesn’t matter how much time I spend with a customer you never get to know enough about their life. It seems to me that Mr Below was quite a man. I wanted to send my condolences and to tell your family that y’all are in my prayers. 

If you were touched by my dad's " generousity" or he changed your life somehow for the better then I am glad.  Maybe losing my mother made him kinder. This world will never know. Good deeds don't get you into heaven. I only pray to God he really got saved and is in heaven with Jesus. It's all I ever wanted for him.

          So sorry for your loss. 

My best memory of my dad was it he always took care of us and he always provided for us and he cared very much for us even though he didn’t show it I love dad and I will always miss him. This is Andy by the way.

You helped me out a lot  even when I didn’t need it. You where always there with advice and lessons on how to do things. Every time I’d trip up you where there to steady and point me in the right direction. You looked out for me so much when I felt so alone in this world. You and Grandma both kept me in your best wishes. You where both always so excited to see me and to hear about everything going on with me. I appreciate you Grandpa and everything you have ever done for me. Ill miss you dearly forever and always.

My family has known Jim for many years, our boys went to school with his boys.  he was always trying to help someone.  
I remember him always sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee. Go rest High on that Mountain Jim.

When I was 4 years old I asked this man to be grandpa because I didn't have one, from that day forward he never treated me any other way.  He could be an onery fart at times lol but had the biggest heart in the world. I love you grandpa and I'll see you again one day and listen to you tell the story of how I became your grand daughter with a big smile on your face and a twinkle in your eye. When I see that twinkle in the sky I'll know it's you watching over us all!!!! Fly high angel fly high!!!

Mr. Below was such a dear man.  I always enjoyed visiting with him.  He loved people and was a generous soul.  
I was happy to get to know him and be friends with him and Pupper.

Eternal rest grant unto you, Mr. Below, and may the perpetual light of God's love shine upon you. 

May the peace of our Lord be with you who are his friends and family.

Jim attended the  Methodist Church in Hartford  faithfully  for many years. He was a very giving person and always helping people.  He was a very big supporter of the Methodist Children’s Home.  He also helped in the church  in any area that he was able.  The Methodist Church sends our condolences to the family.  -Vickie Cotner

He used to come in to CV's in Mansfield all the time when I worked there! Him and his little doggy, Pupper? He was in a wheelchair and was ALWAYS so nice!!! Prayers and hugs to his family and to his little doggy dog 😢 

I only knew dad a short time but I loved him very much. My biggest memory of dad is when he met his granddaughter Miranda he called her June bug. I love you dad and I will miss you dearly.

My Dad suppported us, and took care of us he may not have the best Man in the world, but his heart was huge and he taught us a lot.

Family will hold a memorial service at a later date

Mr. Below is survived by four sons, Robert James Below and wife, Tammy of Salida, CO, Jacob LeRoy Below and wife, Sara of Hartford, Erick Allen Below of Fort Smith and Andrew George Below and wife, Sara of Salida, CO; one daughter, Jackie Lynn Burrows of Pueblo, CO; one sister, Lois Irene Below; ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Below, a brother, Robert Below and a sister, Marjorie Ledley.
