Jay Brooks Smith, 62, of Kent, Ohio passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 in his home. He was retired from Walmart.

He is survived by two daughters, Jess Hunt and husband, Chris of Greenwood and Mandy Johnson and husband, Jesse of Texas; his mother, Janet Smith of Ohio; one brother, Joe Smith of Ohio and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
