Michael Lee Medina, 36, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021 at his sister's home. He was born on November 28, 1984 in Bellflower, California to Sheryl Adams and David Medina.

Michael enjoyed being a dad more than anything, he liked playing darts, and doing anything and everything to make people laugh and brighten their day!

Michael is survived by two sons, Joshua and Jacob Medina; one step-son, Dalton Tramp; his mom and dad, Sheryl and Larry Adams; one brother, Larry Adams Jr.; two sisters, Heather (Justin) Hare and Sheryl Adams II; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dozens of cousins who loved him very much.

Michael is preceded in death by his father, David Medina; step-mother, Renee Adams; maternal grandparents, Darrell (Patricia) Trantham Sr.; brother, Joshua Adams and his sister, Amber Perkins.
