Nancy "Susie" Bowers

Funeral will be 11 am Saturday, September 5 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hackett. Viewing will be 1-8 pm Friday at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5-7 pm.

She is survived by her husband Terry Bowers of the home; one son, Jeffrey Bowers also of the home; four brothers, Larry Byrd of Greenwood, Bobby Byrd of Huntington, Kenny Byrd of Jenny Lind and stepbrother, Jimmy Dale Byrd of Minnesota; three sisters, Rita Hammerle of Van Buren, Debbie Fowler of Booneville, and Karen Sloane of Van Buren; her mother-in-law and caregiver, Jeanette Bowers of Fort Smith; nine nieces; eight nephews; two grand nieces, and four grand nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Bartlett, Eli McRae, Torray Robinson, Eric Gossett, Cody Sexton, and Mike Furman.
