.Otto Gene Wilkins, 73, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in his home. He was retired from Wal-Mart.
Memorial service will be 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Fort Smith Riverfront Park. Cremation was under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
He is survived by his wife, Gina Heddings-Wilkins; one daughter, Jade Qualls Fleming; one brother, Ricky Wilkins and one sister, Ceal Soto.
