Patricia Ann Kincannon

Patricia Ann “Pat” Kincannon went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 17, 2022 after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born July 9, 1938 in Jenny Lind, Arkansas to Jewel and Lewis Long.

Pat lived most of her life in the Cavanaugh area of Fort Smith. She was lovingly active for many years on the local and state level PTA and a devoted member of Faith Baptist Church in Jenny Lind.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Larry Kincannon and brother, Dale Long. She is survived by her sons, David Thomas and wife, Dr. Michelle Thomas of Fort Smith and Darin Kincannon and wife, Jill of Jonesboro AR. Pat is also survived by her sister, Jean Winford and her husband, Stanley Winford of Ridgeland, MS, a niece and many nephews in Arkansas and Mississippi, and an abundance of dear friends. Grandmother Pat is also survived by her four grandchildren, Dr. Katelyn Bobbitt of Albuquerque NM, Cole Thomas of Merriam, KS, Elizabeth and Nate Kincannon of Jonesboro, AR, and one great grandson, Mason Thomas of KS.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 22 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Old Jenny Lind Cemetery. Viewing will be Monday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 4 – 6 p.m.
