Paul Dean

Paul Dean, 84, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was a retired convenience store owner and member of the Valley View Church of Christ. He was an avid sports fan, having played with the Milwaukee Braves organization. One of his greatest joys was watching his sons and grandkids play sports.

He is survived by five sons, Paul Bo Dean, Sandy Dean, Michael Dean, Matthew Dean and Mark Dean, ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pat Dean, his parents, Paul Daffy Dean and Dorothy Dean and his uncle, Dizzy Dean.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 21 at Valley View Church of Christ with burial at Cross Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

Pallbearers will be Stone Dean, Slade Dean, Paul Bo Dean, Matthew Dean, Sandy Dean, Mark Dean and Michael Dean.
