A private committal service will be Thursday, January 6 at Liberty Cemetery in Greenwood under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.
He is survived by a daughter, Roberta Copeland of Conway; sister, Doris N. Cross of Fort Smith; niece, Debby Hobbs of Fort Smith; nephew, Greg Cross of Barling and several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary (Been) Copeland; son, Tom Copeland; daughter, Rita Lee Copeland and brother, Glen Copeland.
