Wesley Lee McDaniel

Wesley McDaniel, 69, of London, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was retired, a graduate of Arkansas Tech University, a past member of Arkansas State Horse Show Board of Directors, Pope County Riding Club, Arkansas Valley Horse Show Association, Pope County Sheriff’s Office, Lagel Lake Deer Club, United States Army National Guard, Single Action Shooter’s Society, True Grit Single Action Shooter’s Club and Crow Mountain Baptist Church.

Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2018 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, where the family will visit with friends after the service.

He is survived by one brother, Stan McDaniel and wife, Jo Ann of Fort Smith and two nieces, Sara McDaniel of Chicago, Illinois and Megan McDaniel Goins and husband, Trent of Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adolphe and Katherine McDaniel and his wife, Marsha (Dusty) McDaniel.
