Betty "Tony" Joyce Marsh

Tony was born July 12, 1926 in Holliday, Utah to August P Gustaveson and Betty Amanda Wall it was her older brother that named her Tony because he wanted a boy.

She was proceeded in death by her Parents, 6 older siblings, 2 sons-in-laws Wayne Johnson and Ronald Maine 2 stepchildren Kenny Marsh, Melvin Marsh and her loving husband William [Bill] Chester Marsh. She is survived by her children and one step son Eugene Marsh.

During the war Tony was working in the shipyard tool room in Portland where she met her husband, they were married March 7, 1945 and this marriage was blessed with 4 children. Beverly Veach [Mark], Susan Johnson [Wayne], Barbara Maine [Ronald] and Dennis Marsh [LaWanna]. She was very proud of her 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 10 1/2 great-great grandchildren. Tony was an avid bowler with her children and she lived a full life with her family enjoying camping and visiting the casinos. She did a yearly Bunco Christmas Party that many enjoyed.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday April 23, 2022 at the Bateman Funeral Home 520 W Powell Blvd Gresham OR. She will be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
