Curtiss was born on October 11, 1977 to Curtiss Healon, Sr. and Carlayne Carroll in Dallas, OR. He was 1 of 4 kids and his three sisters would always beat him up.
Curtiss grew up in Salem, OR, where at the age of 15, he met Teresa and they kissed for the first time during a game of truth or Dare. At that time, they were just friends.
In 1998, Curtiss and his former partner, Judy had his first daughter, Miranda.
A few years later, Teresa and Curtiss connected again and became soulmates. Together, they had 4 kids: Ricky, Connor, Savannah, and Penelope.
Curtiss and Doyal, Teresa's dad, would buy and sell cars together. Curtiss could fix any car and if he couldn’t, he would at least fix it well enough to sell it. They hustled for the next 17 years. He also did construction with his brother in law, john and Uncle Ricky.
Curtiss was a family man who loved his wife and kids very much. He was also a mommy’s boy, every time he would get sick, he would cry for her and always had to eat a whopper from Burger King once he was feeling better.
Teresa and Curtiss loved eating Chinese food together. That’s something that they enjoyed at least once a week when they’re son, Ricky, was little. Curtiss loved food, especially sweets. Teresa never had to cook for the first 18 years of their relationship. In fact, Teresa never had to do anything because Curtiss was a super partner and dad. His boys, Ricky and Connor, were his best friends. His daughters were his pride and joy. He loved Teresa with all of his heart. His cousin, Richard was his “Ride or Die” bud.
Curtiss loved riding his bike, he felt so free when he was on the motorcycle. He enjoyed riding with his friends, wife, and son “Con-Man” Connor. Recently he had just taught Teresa how to ride.
He also enjoyed smoking weed with his son Ricky and brother/cousin Richard.
Curtiss was a very loving and caring person and would do anything for anyone. He literally was that person to give you the shirt off of his back. Curtiss also enjoyed dumpster diving with Teresa and his friend Lauren.
Sadly on December 1, 2022, Curtiss’ story ended.
“Teresa, you will always be my sweets and I’ll always be your cookie monster.”-Love, Curtiss.
