She married Ray Foleen on March 10, 1953, and they were married just shy of 70 years until his passing in 2022. Harlene was preceded in death by her husband Ray, and her daughter Linda in 2014.
Harlene is survived by her daughters Carla (Rick), Carol and Lori; grandchildren Chris (Anne), Megan (Derek), Garrett (Molly), and Kaley; her great grandchildren, Phifer, Mox, Lucas and Ellie, and her beloved cat Kitty 2. She was also loved by her friends and caregivers at Huntington Terrace Senior Living as well as Mt. Hood Hospice.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm on Saturday, December 20, at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home, 520 W Powell Blvd, Gresham, OR 97030. A private interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery.
