George Washington Wright, age 96, of Sandy, Oregon passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020. George was born February 22, 1924 in Cripple Creek, Virginia.
A graveside service for George will be held Thursday, April 2, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland, OR 97086. A memorial service will occur Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home, 520 W Powell Blvd, Gresham, OR 97030.
