Jim served in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller, after which he worked as a station agent for United Airlines in Boise, Idaho and Denver, Colorado.
His punny humor and empathy made him popular with passengers, associates, and, of course, his friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his father Clarence (Wally) and his sister Beverly Wallace Lockwood. Jim is survived by his mother June, his brothers Ray and Steve, and his loyal dog Jake. Jim will be missed by all.
