Jeanne Jo Buss

Jeanne Jo Buss, 75, passed away on March 24, 2019 in Clackamas, Oregon. She was born on January 22, 1944 in Hillsboro, Oregon to Harold William and Elsie Mae (Dudley) Buss. She attended Central High School in Independence, Oregon.

Jeanne worked as a mail handler for the Post Office for many years. She began her career at the main office in downtown Portland. She worked in the Lents district and the Parkrose District, and after 30 years of service, she retired from the Portland Airport Branch. In her free time, she enjoyed watching movies and solving puzzles. She will always be remembered for the love and dedication that she had for her grandchildren. She loved being a grandma, and she spent countless hours with her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, 9 of her siblings and her son, James Alan Brigham. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Austin (Ken) and Jill Allison Brigham; brother, Larry Buss (Joyce); 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 10:00 am at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Oregon.
