Ronald James Mulkey

Ron was a vital part of Mercy & Peace Inc, where he contributed to the well-being of the Elsie and Seaside communities by providing essential food and distribution services. His commitment extended to his role at the Elsie Vine- Maple fire department, where he served as a firefighter 2 EMT, a position he held with great pride and dedication.

He pursued higher education in computer science at PCC, which informed both his professional life and personal interests. Ron also became a licensed insurance producer for property, casualty and health.

Ron was passionate about gold panning, flying drones and photography, hobbies that allowed him to explore and appreciate the world though unique perspectives.

Ron is survived by his mother Rosalie Fitch, brothers Russel Mulkey Jr, Jeff Fitch and sisters, Kris Shuler and Tara Fitch. He was preceded in death by his fathers, Russel Mulkey Sr and Terry Fitch.

Rons life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his community and his love for our family. He will live on in the lives of those he touched and the community he served.

A Celebration of Ron's Life will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the Gresham Golf Club Banquet Hall, 2155 NE Division, Gresham OR 97030. Arrangements entrusted to Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Oregon.
