Mr. Gary L. Griffin

He was born in Griffin to the late Zack Griffin and Gertrude Griffin of Westbury Nursing Home in Jackson, GA.

Mr. Griffin is survived by his wife, Anita Lindsey-Griffin; daughter Chastity Griffin; grandson, Blake Griffin; sister, Fay (Wendell) Chappell; brother, Mark (Ima) Griffin; step-children, Paige Delles & Chris Young and 3 step-grandchildren; niece, Amanda Driggers; nephews, Brian Griffin & Steve Chappell.

It was Mr. Griffin’s wish to be cremated.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, July 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Hunter will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 301 Kelly Dr., Suite 3, Peachtree City, GA 30269 in memory of Mr. Griffin.

Haisten McCullough Funeral Home, 1155 Everee Inn Rd. is in charge of arrangements.
