Howard T. Hooks

Mr. Hooks was born April 6, 1933 in Akron, OH, son of the late Howard Lee and Sarah Louise Johnson Hooks. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, camping and was an avid reader. Mr. Hooks was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Rochelle McCune Hooks.

Survivors include son & daughter-in-law, Thomas & Terri Hooks of Covington; daughter & partner, Cheryl & Darlene Hooks-Hutto of Decatur; grandchildren, Jedediah, Erin, Sean, Sarafin and Jeremiah; sisters & brother-in-law, Elaine & Jerry Casteel of Gray and Jean Jarrell of Newnan.

Funeral services for Mr. Howard Thomas Hooks will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
