Mrs. White was born July 10, 1929 in Jackson, GA, daughter of the late Ed and Ruth Vaughn. Her husband, Douglas White preceded her in death.
Survivors include her step-son, Joel White of Griffin; sons, Tom Stephens of Knoxville, TN and Richard Stephens of Alpena, AR; step-son Allen White of Barnesville and step-daughter, Lynn Cagle of Barnesville. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
A graveside funeral service for Mrs. White will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
