I miss you every day-every single day.  I see you in my minds' eye and long to hold you and to be held by you.  Our time together was cut short, so unfair.  You are missed by all. You are in my  heart, always.  R.

Tim and I just visited Sandy Hoggarth in Orlando, Fl and she told us of Dan's passing. We feel heartflet sympathy for you and your family. I don't think anyone has any memory of Dan scowling - always smiling. Sandy and I remember going to a DCAA Christmas party and going to your house (pre-children) to change for the party. We each needed a toothbrush. Dan gave us one. ONE. I hate to say it, but we shared it. Looking back, that's too funny. But every memory of Dan involves laughter and joy. Your sorrow must be unimaginable. May God hold you in his hands.

We will cherish all our fond memories of Danny but our favorite was watching him do the song and dance to "Super Freak" by Rick James at the Tiffany Pub after the girls' softball games. Much love and support to Roberta and their children.

Dan taught me how to roller blade almost 20 years ago! He was such a fun person with a heart of gold. My family and I were lucky to share some great memories with Dan over the years. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go to his loved ones. God bless.

Dear Roberta, Lia and Alex, Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Dan graduated from the same school I went but was 2 years behind me.( I graduated in 1973) Life is so precarious and we all live on borrowed time. I believe Gods calls us home to save us from what lies in the future. Just know that your precious Dan is in the arms of our Lord and he will never suffer again. Dan was a great person to work with over the years and he was always a professional. I will miss him very much.

Roberta, Lia, Alex and family, I met Dan many years ago at the Pasadena Branch Office of DCAA and it laid the foundation of a true friendship. We not only shared a work relationship but a strong personal one. We played softball on various teams, went skiing to Mammoth Mtn in CA, and watched many sports events together. However, Dan's heart and love for family led him back to Detroit. We would get together when I visited my family in Buffalo and I am truly thankful that we got together last November. Dan always expressed how proud and happy he was to be a husband and father. In one word, Dan was truly genuine. I will miss 'Popper" very much and I extend my deepest sympathy to the family and all of us who were lucky enough to have Dan share our lives with.

Roberta, Lia and Alex, Donna and family, Working with Dan was a joy and his sense of humor helped to lighten our workload. My heart goes out to your family at this difficult time. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

I remember Dan as a great friend and an outstanding member of the DCAA and the TACOM Pricing Team, as an FLA. I have many fond memories of talking with Dan. He will be greatly missed by all.

My heartfelt condolences to your families on the passing of Dan. I had not seen Dan in a long time but I will always have fond memories of him.

One of my favorite memories was the funny way he would say "chicken shawarma". He was full of wisdom and laughter. Words cannot express how much Dan will be missed. You have my deepest sympathies.

Robert, Lia, Alex, Milan, Donna,and Michael, I will never forget it. I first met Dan in early 2007 when he came to Frederick MD. We were to give a presentation the next day. My daughter got very sick the morning of the presentation and I couldn't make it. Dan made the presention alone, in an unfamiliar location, many miles from home. He just handled it. No fanfare. No complaints. Dan was truly a wonderful person. I will miss him and his sense of humor. My sincerest Condolences,
