Williams, Dewey W. March 19, 2009 Beloved husband of Lillian. Dear father of Karen Lynn (George) Beall, Bill (Debbie) Williams, Vern (Sharon) Motala and the late Fred Williams. Dear brother of Carol Southard, Cindy (Jim) Murray and the late Robert and Bill Williams. Loving grandfather of six and great grandfather of six. Mr. Wlliams enlisted into the Marine Corp in 1944 and was a proud veteran of WW II and the Korean Conflict. Mr. Williams was also a 42 year resident of Arizona. Visitation will take place Wednesday 2-9 pm with a Scripture Service 7 pm at A. H. Peters Funeral Home 20705 Mack Ave. at Vernier Rd. Grosse Pointe Woods. Mr. Williams will lie in state on Thursday 9 am until time of funeral Mass 10 AM at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church 19851 Anita, Harper Woods. Military honors will be rendered by the U. S. Marine Corp and will commence at the church immediately following the funeral Mass.
