Dear Hal & Family, We were so sorry to hear of Louise's passing. She was such a fighter and went through so much. But God knew she was getting weaker and saved her from anymore fighting and pain.Getting to know you and Louise these last few years have been one of the greatest blessings of my life.And Louise teaching me the wonderful art of bobbin lace will be something I carry with me the rest of my life, I only hope to be half as good as she was as a Lacemaker.I really enjoyed our trips to your house these last two years.It was nice spending time there. Louise was a very special lady and will be greatly missed by many. I will especially miss our long talks on the phone every couple of weeks.This worlds light is a little dimmer now without Louise here on this earth. Dear Family, Sorry for your loss. Though we may never have known each other, we all belong to the Bailey family. Jim and Sherri let me know about Louise and I'm grateful to them for that. Louise taught me all I ever knew about bobbin lace, and I will always be grateful to her for that, and her friendship. With Louise everything was exciting and fun.

Dear Hal, Anita, Darlene, and Dan, I know it's been many years since we've had any contact. That said, we were like family and as families do, we had our differences, but the good far outweighed the unhappy. I choose to remember the good times we shared. So sorry to hear about your loss. I know my Mom and Dad welcome Louise to a better place. The finest memory I have is when Harold and Louise gave us a cookie jar from the Black Forest. We still have it sitting out.
