Franklin S. Adkins was born October 15, 1959 in Detroit Michigan, the son of Billy and Genevieve Adkins. He entered into rest June 26, 2018 at the age of 58. Family was the most important thing in Franks life, he adored every moment he spend with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed watching television, especially daytime court shows like Judge Judy. Frank leaves behind his beloved wife Norma. He is the dear father of Michael, Jennifer (Greg), Stephen, and Samantha and the treasured grandfather of Seth Ava, and Ivy. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends. Frank's family will receive friends and visitors Friday June 29, 2018 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm. His funeral service will be held on Saturday June 30, 2018 at 12pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. Warren (at Masonic).
