George "Herb" Blackstock died on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at the age of 84. George was a proud veteran of the US Navy and had worked for 40 years for Ford Motor Company. George married Mary (Nee Romatz) on June 4, 1949. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Karen (Robert) Ozlanski, Debra (Daniel) Rosemeck, and Donald (Tammy) Blackstock. Cherished grandfather of Rob Ozlanski, Dana Rosemeck, Michael Blackstock, Jessica Blackstock, and Alicia Blackstock. Brother of Patricia (Robert) Healy and the late Charles Blackstock. Visitation Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd., Warren. Funeral 10:00 am on Friday, March 18, 2011 at the funeral home. Interment in Cadillac Memorial Garden East Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
