Gerald Francis Skorupski, died on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the age of 83. Gerald was an United States Marine Corps Veteran serving during the Korean War. Beloved husband of Elizabeth "Betty" Skorupski. Loving father of Michael (Cheryl) Skorupski, Donna (Cal) Messer, Lynn (Art) Szablowski, Mark (Mary) Skorupski, Robert (Hope) Skorupski, James (Helen) Skorupski, and the late infant Joseph Skorupski. Grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 5. Son of Frank and Genevieve Skorupski and step-son of Ann Skorupski. Brother of Delores Kozlowski, Conrad (Rosemarie), Norbert (Elizabeth), Dennis (Sue), the late Carol Kosnik and step-brother of Ron (Carol) Polus and Don (Marilyn) Plungis. Visitation Friday, October 18, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Rosary 7:00 pm. Instate Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 9:30 am until time of Mass 10:00 am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 31555 Hoover, Warren. Father Stanley Pachia will be officiating. Memorials to American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
