Hattie "Irene" Wilson

Hattie "Irene" Wilson, age 92 of Sterling Heights, passed away April 23, 2016. She was born in Gagetown, Michigan on May 7, 1924; the daughter of Ezra and Anna (nee Grice) Mosher. Irene was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a longtime and loyal employee as a Driver in the Repair Department at Chrysler Automotive from 1948 until her retirement in 1979. She enjoyed reading and finding a great deal at garage sales and flea markets. Most of all, Irene had a caring and nurturing disposition and played an essential role in raising her children and grandchildren. Beloved wife of the late Herbert. Loving mother of Patricia (Harry) Mancinni, John "Dean" Krug, Herb (Jan Shereda) Wilson and the late Diane O'Donnell and Penny Earl. Treasured grandmother of Christopher Krug, Danny Earl, Phillip O'Donnell, Jonathan O'Donnell, David Earl, Sarah Earl and Dennis Earl. Proud great-grandmother of Lane Earl. Irene's family will receive friends on Thursday, April 28th from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13-1/2 Mile), Warren. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 29th at 12:00pm at the funeral home. Interment to immediately follow at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak.
