Herman Sherman

Milford "Herman" Sherman was born August 17, 1945 in Oneida, Kentucky to Milford and Mary Sherman. He grew up in Kentucky and graduated from Bush High School before moving to Michigan. Herman became a professional musician, and learned to play many different instruments; the guitar being his favorite. He entered into rest November 28, 2016 at his home in Warren, Michigan. Family was the most important thing in Herman's life, followed closely by his faith. He loved going to church and even served as a Deacon at Bethel Tabernacle Church. Herman leaves behind his wife of 52 years Jean, his children Wayne (Frances), Tammy (the late Durwin) Bowers, Donna (Rosendo) Cantu and Debbie. He was also the proud grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and dear uncle to a large number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday 2:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, at Masonic (13 Mile rd).Visitation will be Friday and Saturday 2:00- 8:00 PM
