Janet Ann Wilson was born February 13, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan to Harold and Adeline (nee Gauss) Bell. She passed away at her residence in Roseville on June 1, 2011. Janet was a retired bookkeeper with the Michigan Considated Gas Co. She is survivedby her siblings: Doris Bell, Nancy Powell, Linda Pruss and Richard Bell. Janet also is survived by nieces and nephews. Her son, Robert preceded her in death. Visitation will take place on Monday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home 20705 Mack Ave. at Vernier, Grosse Pointe Woods. Janet will lie In state at the Iroquois Avenue Christ Lutheran Church, 2411 Iroquois Avenue, Detroit. Burial will follow immediately afterwards at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Detroit. Memorial Contributions may be made to Salvation Army or the Michigan Humane Society.
