Janice Ann Ryan, age 72 of Warren went home March 18, 2014. She was born July 25, 1941 in Detroit the daughter of Ronald and Carol (Schroeder) Swartz. She was a secretary/book keeper for the Salvation Army for many years. She enjoyed quilting, reading, and founded and led the Rejouvenators, a senior womens group at her church. She is the beloved wife of Glenn for 52 years, the loving mom of Kathleen (Keith) Barthauer, Patrick (Lauren) Ryan, and Carla (John) Hafner; proud grandmother of 11 and greatgrandmother of 4; the dear sister of Thelda Wood, Marsha Kirk, and the late Ronald Swartz. She will be deeply missed by her church family from Grace Christian Church. Service Saturday noon at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13 1/2 mile) Warren. Visitation Friday 2-9 pm and Saturday from 10 am until service time. Memorials to American Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
