Jennie Sankuer

Jennie Sankuer, age 93, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2014. She was born in 1920 in Detroit, MI; the daughter of Mariano and Anna Crociata. Beloved wife of Patrick "John" Sankuer. Loving mother of Joann Ziehm, Marie Sankuer, Michelene (Michael) Eberhard, and Annette (Kevin) Geary. Cherished grandmother of Mark (Julie) Ziehm and John (Amanda) Sager. Great-grandmother of Andrew Ziehm, Lauren Ziehm, Matthew Ziehm, and Megan Ziehm. Predeceased by her parents Mariano and Anna Crociata and her sisters Antoinette (Robert) Wiley and Mary (Don) Sikorski. Visitation Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Sunday, March 23. 2014 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Rosary Sunday 7:00 pm. Instate Monday, March 24, 2014 from 10:00 am until time of the Funeral Mass 11:00 am at St. Faustina Catholic Church (formerly St. Edmund), 14025 Twelve Mile Road, Warren. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
