"Big Jer" was definitely one of a kind! I can't help but smile thinking of all the memories of him growing up on Collingham. Behind the teasing was a guy with a heart of gold. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you navigate life without him. God bless!

Janet and Katie, I was saddened to hear of Jerry's passing. Loved Jerry and he will be missed.So many laughs and fun times over the years.I'll remember his kindness towards me,and the last time I saw him at Lauren's wedding. You're both in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Szynkowski Family I must say thank you for having such a fine Son, Brother, Husband and Father and sharing him with us. I would tell Jerry, "Thank You" for the Tiger games, the concerts, the cocktails, the meals and all of the generosity he afforded all of his friends over the past 40 years. I would also thank Jerry for those "hair raising" nights in his Cordoba. Finally, I would thank Jerry for showing an entire neighborhood that Polo Shirts, Khaki Pants and Docksider Shoes are cool to wear at any age. Godspeed my friend and rest well.
