Joshua Dean Stephens

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear son, Joshua Dean Stephens, at the age of 36. Born on December 15, 1987, Josh filled our lives with love from the moment he came into the world.

Josh is welcomed into heaven by dear mother, Tamara Stephens; cherished grandparents, Dan & Rosita Ross, Ted Stephens, and Steve and Marge Bondra, James and Marion Apostolos; adored aunts and uncles, Aunt Debbie Schaller, Uncle Gary Bondra, and Uncle Jim Apostolos.

Josh leaves behind his cherished father and mother, Tracy and Susan Stephens; grandmother, Dolores Stephens; adored Uncle Ted (Aunt Mel) Stephens; loving Aunt Jill (Uncle Ken) Zdral; cousins, Kaitlyn (Garrett) Jafano, Raychel (Brandon) Lanyon, Jim (Rachel) Apostolos, Jason (Candi) Apostolos, Audrene Apostolos, Megan Zdral, Nick Zdral, Ian Zdral, and Lisa Hussain and family; cherished partner, Diane Sample and Family; as well as Rod Triplett and the rest of his Missouri work family, and many more uncles, aunts, and cousins.

The Stephens’ family wishes to thank all those who helped us and Josh in the past few days. Your support has meant the world to us.

A visitation for Josh will be held on Saturday, August 31st from 12pm-5:30pm, with the funeral service to begin immediately following at 5:30pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home located at 20705 Mack Ave. Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236.
