Josiah Manuel Medina A fussy beginning transitioned into something glorious. The sweetest, happiest and most loving boy was born on September 15, 2017. Josiahs smile lit a room like an explosion. He was constantly laughing and screaming with excitement. Moments like listening to music, family car rides, sharing someones snack, watching his mobile and especially being close with his sister would trigger eruptions of joy. Josiah always knew what he wanted and wouldnt hesitate to let you know it. He needed to see everything and be with everyone. Josiah was such a pleasant baby that even being scared made him happy. When he wasnt chewing on his fingers or talking and yelling, he was busy hugging and beaming with delight. His big sister was a great example of that. He would throw out his arms and shout and laugh whenever she came into the room. He simply touched the lives of everyone he met. Josiah went home to be with the Lord on February 18, 2018, but his 5 months and 4 days of irresistible charm and affection will perpetually live on in the hearts of many. --Dream Big Little Sailor. Josiah is the cherished son of Hector and Hayley Medina. Adored brother of Sophia. Treasured grandson of Rick Smith, Ginger Smith, Kathryn Nadolsky, Patricia Medina and Angel Medina. Precious nephew of Anna Smith, Kayla Smith, Jessica Michalak, Kenneth Michalak, Madison Stalker, Raina Gilbert, Abby Gilbert, Xavier Singleton, Amelia Medina, Jasmin Medina and Adriana Blevins. Josiah's family will receive friends on Sunday, February 25th from 2:00PM until time of service 5:00PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13-1/2 Mile) in Warren. Memorial contributions to the American SIDS Institute would be appreciated by the family.
